At 11.20am this morning,Friday 25th August, my wife suffered a repeat of an incident with her heart that last week necessitated an overnight stay in Watford hospital and numerous tests. I rang the surgery and was dealt with almost immediately and promised a doctor would ring back. Within 5 minutes Dr Greening called and listened considerately to me and immediately offered me an appointment with Dr Brazier within 15 minutes. We attended saw Dr Brazier who listened to our concerns examined my wife and with consideration and empathy explained the situation and issued the necessary medication. The whole episode was a superb advertisement for the whole surgery from receptionist to both doctors. Totally professionalism and consideration from all concerned. I cannot express my thanks adequately for such superb support and service.

I was given referral for slimming world after putting weight back on , lost over 3 stone with this support would recommend you use it male or female at least give it a try

Complement Dr Brazier always takes the time to listen an does not make you feel like you are waisting his time. He will always help you come up with strategies of how to manage. Following my appointment today as I left I realised I had forgotten to ask fo a repeat prescription the receptionist kindly contacted him and he sorted it out for me. Just this small act of kindness made me feel that as a patient it was important to the receptionist and Dr Brazier that my needs were met and nothing was too much trouble. Thank you Thelma Webdale

I'm impressed with the entire staff, that deal with a lot of patients and always seem to have time to talk, within time limits, which I always find impressive. Considering the attack on our NHS, the staff never appear disgruntled. Arranging appointments on a regular basis with the same Dr can be frustrating, however, completely understandable. I've yet attended a better holistic surgery to date. Keep up the great work.
